Slow cooked beef chuck roast.
- 2 medium green bell peppers, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 pounds chuck roast, browned
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
- Add the peppers and onions to the slow cooker. Place roast on top and sprinkle with salt. Pour tomatoes over.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6 hours.
