Slow cooked beef chuck roast.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium green bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 pounds chuck roast, browned
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes

Directions

  1. Add the peppers and onions to the slow cooker. Place roast on top and sprinkle with salt. Pour tomatoes over.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6 hours.
