Beef, salsa and bean chili dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups stew meat, cooked
- 1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- Grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix together the stew meat, salsa, onions and chili powder in a saucepan. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix in the beans and heat through. Serve with cheese on top.
