Beef and Potato Casserole is flavored with zesty tomato soup.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions
- Brown ground beef in skillet. Cut potatoes in 1/2 inch cubes; spread in a buttered casserole. Cover with 1/2 meat mixture. Add 1/2 can soup. Top with onion slices and season with salt and pepper. Repeat using rest of the ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
