I like the combination of the beef and broccoli together and you get a well balanced meal with this recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cubed Beef
- 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
- 16 oz. cut up broccoli
- 2 cups cooked ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts
Directions
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef, stir-fry sauce and broccoli. Stir-fry 6-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Serve over noodles, sprinkled with peanuts.
