A simple pinto bean, barley, stewed tomato and broth slow cooked soup.
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans with liquid
- 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking barley
- 1 (15 ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes
Directions
- Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low.
