A simple pinto bean, barley, stewed tomato and broth slow cooked soup.

Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans with liquid
  • 3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking barley
  • 1 (15 ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in a greased slow cooker. Cook covered for 4-5 hours on low.
