This is a wonderful combination of beans, I love the different flavors all brought together in one dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can of garbanzo beans
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Drain all three cans of beans.
  2. Pour the beans into a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle the mixture over the beans.
  5. Add the red onions.
  6. Stir until blended.
  7. Combine the oil and vinegar together and pour over the bean mixture.
  8. Stir until well blended.
  9. Chill before serving.
