This is a wonderful combination of beans, I love the different flavors all brought together in one dish.
Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can of garbanzo beans
- 1 small red onion sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Drain all three cans of beans.
- Pour the beans into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl combine all dry ingredients.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the beans.
- Add the red onions.
- Stir until blended.
- Combine the oil and vinegar together and pour over the bean mixture.
- Stir until well blended.
- Chill before serving.
