The Bayou Bloody Mary differs from the classic version of the cocktail due to the addition of extra spice and a crawfish tail garnish.


  • 1-1/2 ounces vodka
  • 6 ounces tomato juice
  • 6 drops Tabasco
  • 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch prepared horseradish
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 dash fresh lemon juice
  • spiced pickled string beans, olives and crawfish tails to garnish


  1. Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnishes, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture for 15 seconds and then pour into a cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish the drink with the spiced pickled string beans, olives and crawfish tails, and then serve immediately.
