The Bayou Bloody Mary differs from the classic version of the cocktail due to the addition of extra spice and a crawfish tail garnish.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 ounces vodka
- 6 ounces tomato juice
- 6 drops Tabasco
- 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch prepared horseradish
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 dash fresh lemon juice
- spiced pickled string beans, olives and crawfish tails to garnish
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the garnishes, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Stir the mixture for 15 seconds and then pour into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the spiced pickled string beans, olives and crawfish tails, and then serve immediately.
