Batavia Arrack is the Indonesian version of rum, as it is distilled from sugar cane. Enjoy this new mixed drink staple blended with Cherry Heering, Falernum, Grenadine and orange bitters.


  • 1-1/2 ounces Batavia Arrack
  • 1/2 ounce Cherry Heering
  • 1/4 ounce Falernum
  • 1/4 ounce Grenadine
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Stir the mixture for 30 seconds to chill and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
