Marinating a brisket not only adds flavor but keeps it tender and juicy. Place the marinade in a Ziploc bag, add the brisket, and let it marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Ingredients
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl, and stir until sugar has totally dissolved.
- Put the marinade in a Ziploc bag, add the brisket and place the bag in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
- Remove the brisket from the bag, discard the marinade and cook the meat as desired.
