These easy-to-make banana muffins will become a family favorite at breakfast time.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In a small bowl, beat egg, bananas and butter. Mix into flour combination.
- Pour batter into a prepared muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
