Barbequed Brisket is marinated overnight so it's the perfect make ahead meal.


  • 4 pound brisket of beef
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 bottle barbeque sauce
  • dash lemon pepper


  1. Marinate brisket in Italian dressing overnight.
  2. Prepare grill for indirect cooking. Remove brisket from dressing and sprinkle with lemon pepper and place on upper rack of grill.
  3. Cook on grill 1 hour. Put brisket in roasting pan. Pour barbeque sauce over meat. Cover tightly and cook at 350 degrees F for 2 hours.
