Barbequed Brisket is marinated overnight so it's the perfect make ahead meal.
- 4 pound brisket of beef
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
- 1 bottle barbeque sauce
- dash lemon pepper
- Marinate brisket in Italian dressing overnight.
- Prepare grill for indirect cooking. Remove brisket from dressing and sprinkle with lemon pepper and place on upper rack of grill.
- Cook on grill 1 hour. Put brisket in roasting pan. Pour barbeque sauce over meat. Cover tightly and cook at 350 degrees F for 2 hours.
