Serve on a warmed bun or in a taco shell.
Ingredients
- 2 lb. roast cut into 2 inch pieces
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 chopped green peppers
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Directions
- Set crock pot on high.
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Add remianing ingredients one at a time in the order listed.
- Do not stir.
- Cover and cook on hight for 1 hour.
- Turn to low and cook 8 to 10 hours.
- Stir gently once or twice during the last hour.
