For those who like a whole chicken, they can use a frying chicken inplace of the chicken breast.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breast, skinless and boneless
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sweet basil
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions
- Place chicken in crock pot.
- In a bowl combine all other ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook at low for 6 to 8 hours.
