These ribs will melt in your mouth.
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 clove garlic finely chopped
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
- Stir gently together.
- Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high for 4 to 6 hours) or until ribs are fork tender.
- Serve with rice and a green salad.
