Ingredients
- 3 lb. pot roast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 24 peppercorns
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Season roast with salt.
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Pour and spread tomato paste over roast.
- Imbed peppercorns into paste.
- Top with onions and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
