Ingredients

  • 3 lb. pot roast
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 24 peppercorns
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Season roast with salt.
  2. Place roast in crock pot.
  3. Pour and spread tomato paste over roast.
  4. Imbed peppercorns into paste.
  5. Top with onions and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
