The taste of the tropics is captured in this refreshing rum-based cocktail with spicy and citrusy notes of flavor.


  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1/4 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 slice lime to garnish
  • 1 slice pineapple to garnish


  1. Place the rum, Triple Sec, fresh lime juice and pineapple juice into a blender with a large handful of crushed ice.
  2. Process the mixture until slushy in consistency and then pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish the drink with the lime and pineapple slice, and then serve immediately.
