The taste of the tropics is captured in this refreshing rum-based cocktail with spicy and citrusy notes of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1/4 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 slice lime to garnish
- 1 slice pineapple to garnish
Directions
- Place the rum, Triple Sec, fresh lime juice and pineapple juice into a blender with a large handful of crushed ice.
- Process the mixture until slushy in consistency and then pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish the drink with the lime and pineapple slice, and then serve immediately.
