Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Mix together butter and sugar until well blended.
- Add egg, banana and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; add to sugar mixture.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Pour batter into prepared muffin tin.
