These sassy rum-based drinks have a delicious banana liqueur and orange juice blend. The perfect cap to a hot and spicy meal.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce banana liqueur
  • 1/2 light rum
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • Shaved ice
  • Very thinly sliced piece of lime peels

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir to combine.
  2. Fill a coupe cocktail glass with shaved ice and then top with the banana liqueur mixture. Garnish with the lime peel and serve immediately.
