Ingredients
- 1-1/3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1-1/3 cups milk
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Combine egg, milk, banana and vegetable oil.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Blend flour combination into egg mixture.
