Banana Nog

Serve this in place of Egg Nog during the holidays.


  • 6 ripe bananas, frozen and peeled
  • 1 quart milk
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg


  1. Combine bananas, milk and rum extract in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick.
  3. If the blender is too small you can blend half and then blend the other half.
  4. Pour into cups.
  5. Sprinkle with the nutmeg
