Serve this in place of Egg Nog during the holidays.
- 6 ripe bananas, frozen and peeled
- 1 quart milk
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- Combine bananas, milk and rum extract in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
- If the blender is too small you can blend half and then blend the other half.
- Pour into cups.
- Sprinkle with the nutmeg
