A sweet and creamy banana and mango smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peeled, cubed ripe mango
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Place the mango in a single layer on a baking pan and freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
  2. Blend everything together until smooth.
