- 1 cup peeled, cubed ripe mango
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Place the mango in a single layer on a baking pan and freeze for 1 hour, or until firm.
- Blend everything together until smooth.
