Do not use a sweet and sour mix when making this cocktail. The Crème de Banana liqueur adds enough sweetness, and the fresh lime juice provides just the right amount of citrusy-tart flavor.
- 1 ounce Light Rum
- 1/2 ounce Crème de Banana liqueur
- 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender, add a cup of crushed ice and blend until the mixture is well-combined and slushy in consistency.
- Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, garnish as desired and serve.
