- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
- 8 ounces vanilla or strawberry yogurt
- Place the milk, strawberries, banana and yogurt into a blender and blend on high until mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
