Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana, broken into pieces
  • 8 ounces vanilla or strawberry yogurt

Directions

  1. Place the milk, strawberries, banana and yogurt into a blender and blend on high until mixture is creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
