Ingredients
- 1 pound asparagus
- 2 tablespoons Shedd’s Spread Country Crock Spread
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Melt Shedd’s Spread Country Crock Spread in skillet over medium heat.
- Add vinegar and garlic.
- Add asparagus and toss until coated.
- Place in shallow baking pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, turning once.
