Use your choice of vegetables, such as red peppers, white button mushrooms, zucchini and eggplant, for this sweet and tangy marinade.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until thoroughly blended.
- Pour the marinade over the vegetables and let stand at room temperature for at least 45 minutes before grilling.
