Balsamic and Soy Vegetable Marinade

Use your choice of vegetables, such as red peppers, white button mushrooms, zucchini and eggplant, for this sweet and tangy marinade.


  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together until thoroughly blended.
  2. Pour the marinade over the vegetables and let stand at room temperature for at least 45 minutes before grilling.
