Use Scotch whiskey for this smooth and sophisticated blend of dry and sweet vermouth with a dash of bitters.
- 2 ounces Scotch Whisky
- 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
- Dash of Bitters
- Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
- Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
