Use Scotch whiskey for this smooth and sophisticated blend of dry and sweet vermouth with a dash of bitters.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Scotch Whisky
  • 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Sweet Vermouth
  • Dash of Bitters

Directions

  1. Place a cocktail glass in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass; serve immediately.
