This cocktail uses Okolehao liqueur whose main ingredient is the root of the Ti plant. This Hawaiian liqueur is blended with various juices, as well as champagne, to create a refreshing mixed drink.


  • 1 ounce okolehao liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce light rum
  • 1/4 ounce orange juice
  • 1/4 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/4 ounce guava nectar
  • barspoon passion fruit juice
  • 1/4 ounce orgeat
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 ounce champagne


  1. Put all of the ingredients, except for the champagne, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and vigorously shake for 20 seconds to combine.
  2. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass, top with the champagne and serve immediately.
