Baked Tuna with Lemon and Dill has a fresh, light flavor.


  • 4 tuna steaks
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large sprigs fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, sliced


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Brush both sides of fish with oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a covered baking dish. Tope each steak with a dill sprig and several slices of lemon. Cover. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
