Low-fat brown sugar and cinnamon baked sweet potatoes.
- 2 (15 ounce) cans sweet potatoes with juice, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup fat-free margarine, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Layer the potatoes with the brown sugar and margarine in a casserole dish. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
