Baked spareribs and apples.
Ingredients
- 5 pounds spareribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
- 3 cups bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3 apples, cubed
- 1/3 cup water
Directions
- Cut the spareribs in two. Season with the salt pepper and celery salt.
- Mix together the apples, bread crumbs, butter and water.
- Arrange one half of the ribs, meat side down, and top with half of the apple mixture. Place the second rack of ribs on top and cover with the remaining apples.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
