Salmon and parmesan cheese dinner loaf.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75 ounce) can pink salmon
  • 20 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine everything together and shape into a loaf in an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes.
