Ingredients
- 1 (14.75 ounce) can pink salmon
- 20 saltine crackers, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine everything together and shape into a loaf in an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
