This is a great appetizer or served as a main dish on a bed of rice.
Ingredients
- 36 shell oysters
- 2 tablspoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon marjorma
- 1/2 cup butter
Directions
- Shuck and drain oysters.
- Place on deep half of shells.
- Sprinkle with onion, slat, pepper and marjoram.
- Dot with butter.
- Place oysters in a baking pan.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
