This is a great appetizer or served as a main dish on a bed of rice.

Ingredients

  • 36 shell oysters
  • 2 tablspoons minced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjorma
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions

  1. Shuck and drain oysters.
  2. Place on deep half of shells.
  3. Sprinkle with onion, slat, pepper and marjoram.
  4. Dot with butter.
  5. Place oysters in a baking pan.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
