A quick and creamy oyster bake.
- 1 cup oysters, drained, rinsed and divided
- 2 cups cracker crumbs, divided
- 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Layer half of the oysters, half the cracker crumbs and half of the butter in a 7x11-inch dish. Repeat. Pour the milk over and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
