A quick and creamy oyster bake.


  • 1 cup oysters, drained, rinsed and divided
  • 2 cups cracker crumbs, divided
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
  • 1/2 cup milk, warmed


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Layer half of the oysters, half the cracker crumbs and half of the butter in a 7x11-inch dish. Repeat. Pour the milk over and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes.
