Baked Eggs and Artichokes are an easy, impressive way to say "Good Morning" to your family or overnight guests.
Ingredients
- 4 cups toasted croutons
- 8 hardcooked eggs cut into halves
- 1 can artichoke hearts drained and rough chopped
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
- Place croutons in ungrease baking dish
- Place eggs and artichokes on croutons
- Mix next 4 ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling while stirring
- Take off heat and mix in cheese until melted
- Pour evenly over eggs
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through
