Baked Eggs and Artichokes are an easy, impressive way to say "Good Morning" to your family or overnight guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups toasted croutons
  • 8 hardcooked eggs cut into halves
  • 1 can artichoke hearts drained and rough chopped
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 soup can milk
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Place croutons in ungrease baking dish
  2. Place eggs and artichokes on croutons
  3. Mix next 4 ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling while stirring
  4. Take off heat and mix in cheese until melted
  5. Pour evenly over eggs
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through
