Serve this tangy dish in its own squash bowls!
Ingredients
- 4 small acorn squash
- 1 cup chopped apples (skins on)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
Directions
- Halve squash lengthwise; remove seeds. Place in 13" x 9"baking dish, cut sides down.
- Bake at 350F for 35 minutes. Turn cut side up.
- Combine other ingredients and fill squash. Continue baking for 25 minutes or until
- squash is tender.
