Ingredients

1 egg
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 cup sour cream
1 cup creamed corn
1 cup corn
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions

Beat egg. Add melted butter, sour cream, creamed corn and muffin mix. Mix well and pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until browned on top.
