Baked chicken, onion and potato dinner.
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 4 slices onion
- 4-5 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- Cover a casserole dish with foil. Arrange the chicken in the center of the foil. Cover the chicken with onions and surround with the potatoes. Pour the soup over. Seal the foil tightly around.
- Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 1/2 hours.
