Quick and simple chicken and green pepper dinner.


  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the chicken in the bottom of an 11x7-inch pan. Top with the peppers and soy sauce.
  3. Cover and bake for 35 minutes, or until done.
