Quick and simple chicken and green pepper dinner.
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the chicken in the bottom of an 11x7-inch pan. Top with the peppers and soy sauce.
- Cover and bake for 35 minutes, or until done.
