Baked Carrots are flavored with onions and are tender and sweet.
Ingredients
- 5 cups carrots, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine ingredients. Cover and bake 1 hour or until carrots are fork tender. Drain.
