Baked Beef Stroganoff with Carrots

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 2 cans (10.75 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups frozen crinkle cut carrots, thawed
  • 2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Brown the beef and the onion, drain off excess fat.
  3. Scoop the beef into a 9x13 casserole dish.
  4. Mix in the soup, water, carrots, noodles and sour cream. Cover the dish.
  5. Bake until it is hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
