The flavor of the pineapple give this dish a great taste.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground round
- 2 14 oz cans baked beans
- 1 8 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy suace, low sodium
- 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
- Brown beef in a skillet.
- Drain beef.
- Pour into a crock pot.
- Add all other ingredients and stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
