This Mexican beer-based marinade will add intense flavor to your beef, pork or lamb. Marinate the meat for at least two hours to achieve the best flavor.
Ingredients
- 6-8 ounces Mexican Beer
- 1/3 cup fresh Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon grated Orange Zest
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Canola Oil
- 1/2 cup Minced Onion
- 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and process the mixture until combined. Pour the marinade over the meat of your choice, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to cooking.
