Baileys Coffee Irish Cream is combined with Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum and a dash of Angostura bitters to create a creamy and spicy cocktail.
- 2-1/2 ounces Baileys Coffee Irish Cream
- 1/2 ounce Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
- dash of angostura Bitters
- orange zest twist to garnish
- Place all of the ingredients, except for the orange twist, into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Vigorously shake the mixture for 35 seconds and then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish the drink with the orange zest twist and then serve immediately.
