Quick and easy homemade bagel chips.


  • 1 package plain bagels
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Thinly slice the bagels and arrange on ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Melt the butter and mix with the garlic salt. Use a pastry brush to coat the bagel slices.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until toasted.
