Equal parts of dark rum, Averna Amaro and creamy Tres Leches liqueur are combined with an egg yolk to create this rich and decadent cocktail.
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce Averna Amaro
- 1 ounce Tres Leches liqueur
- 1 egg yolk
- Place all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 40 seconds to combine.
- Fill the shaker with ice and then vigorously shake for an additional 40 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass and serve immediately.
