Pickled onion wrapped in bacon appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 (7.75 ounce) jar pickled onions, drained
  • Dash of dry mustard

Directions

  1. Wrap the pickled onion with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Combine the brown sugar and mustard and roll each in the mixture.
  2. Broil until the bacon is crisped.
