- 1 pound bacon, cut in quarters
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (7.75 ounce) jar pickled onions, drained
- Dash of dry mustard
- Wrap the pickled onion with a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick. Combine the brown sugar and mustard and roll each in the mixture.
- Broil until the bacon is crisped.
