Special puff pastry topped with sage, fontina cheese and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 6 prebaked puff pastry shells
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chopped sage leaves
  • 1/3 cup grated Fontina cheese
  • 1 Crumbled bacon

Directions

  1. Slice eggs lengthwise and place each on prebaked puff pastry shells.
  2. Place sage and Fontina cheese on top.
  3. Bake at 40 degree F for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the crumbled bacon on each pastry and serve.
