Special puff pastry topped with sage, fontina cheese and bacon.
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 6 prebaked puff pastry shells
- 1 1/2 tbsp chopped sage leaves
- 1/3 cup grated Fontina cheese
- 1 Crumbled bacon
- Slice eggs lengthwise and place each on prebaked puff pastry shells.
- Place sage and Fontina cheese on top.
- Bake at 40 degree F for 5 minutes.
- Place the crumbled bacon on each pastry and serve.
