Ingredients

  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 flour tortilla

Directions

  1. Spread the ingredients down the center of the tortilla. Roll up and arrange seam side down on a dish. Microwave for 30 seconds.
