Bacon wrapped oyster dinner or appetizer.


  • 1 (12 ounce) jar fresh oysters, drained
  • 8 slices bacon, cut into thirds
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Season the oysters with the parsley and salt and pepper. Wrap each in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Arrange on a baking sheet and broil 4 inches from the heat for 8 minutes. Flip and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
