Bacon wrapped oyster dinner or appetizer.
- 1 (12 ounce) jar fresh oysters, drained
- 8 slices bacon, cut into thirds
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Season the oysters with the parsley and salt and pepper. Wrap each in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and broil 4 inches from the heat for 8 minutes. Flip and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
