Bacon and hash brown slow cooked casserole.


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 (16 ounce) package hash brown potatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


  1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix together the eggs, flour and milk in a small bowl. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
