Bacon and hash brown slow cooked casserole.
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 (16 ounce) package hash brown potatoes
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix together the eggs, flour and milk in a small bowl. Mix everything together in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
